The Marina
The deep-water harbor offers a grand, sheltered haven framed by protective mangroves, opening directly out into the open Caribbean Sea. Designed as a fully functioning maritime hub, the facility features dedicated fuel services, metered utilities, high-speed connectivity, laundry facilities, continuous security, and full concierge shuttle support. For vessel owners, ocean adventures begin right at their doorstep, while the harbor supplies a dynamic background for the surrounding Marina Village.

Equestrian & Trails
Beyond the harbor's blue expanse, Red Rock transitions smoothly into sweeping inland terrain. Tree-lined roadways branch out into peaceful acreage where horses have room to run, trails weave through lush tropical forests, and private homesites are comfortably spaced. A planned equestrian center and trail system belong to this countryside, designed for horseback riding, hiking, trail running, and off-road excursions deep into the property.

Village Life
Beach Club, Pool & Gathering
The Beach Club is the coastal gathering place for residents and guests, with direct shoreline access and upgrades underway, including a new oceanfront dining pavilion. A swimming pool and outdoor lounges are part of the plan. Residents can spend mornings exploring the inland trail network and afternoons relaxing by the sea, meeting friends where water, village, and community converge.
